Sell all your xrp now because even Though they scored a major victory Against the US government what you think Is going to happen to the price is not Going to happen at all everybodyy judge Finded Ripple $125 million which is good News for ripple Labs the company behind The token xrp they're banning future Security law violations and this long Runny case this case has been going on Since 2020 we're almost at the foury Year mark now a judge just imposed the $125 million fine on them the reason $125 million fine is good news for xrp Is it was well below the $2 billion that They were seeking they wanted a billion In discouragement and 900 million in Civil penalties so while $125 million May seem like a lot to you when it could Have been two billion dollars that is Great great news for investors now this Is following the July ruling in 2023 That Ripple violated the law by selling Xrp to institutional clients although The judge did rule that sales of x r p To retail aka me and you the normal Investor this did not violate any Securities laws now the SEC tried Unsuccessfully to appeal this particular Portion of the ruling while the case was Ongoing so in case you're wondering Sells to the big Bankers are bad and Sales to the average Joe like you and me Is good and the SEC does not like this
Ruling now to the SEC this is bad they Want their big Banker friends to be able To buy xrp so they might actually appeal This ruling so so it seems like the SEC Is likely to appeal so we got a $125 Million fine is good news but it could Be bad so what does this mean for xrp And xrp's price I said what's going to Happen is not what you expect and I'm Looking at xrp's history to determine What's going to happen in the future and We have two major events in xrp's History to draw from now the first one Is going to be the announcement of the Lawsuit from the SEC this is when the Lawsuit broke December 2020 Ripple says It will be sued by the US government and What they call a parting shot at the Crypto industry the other major news We're going to look at is the first Victory that they scored in this case And folks what I saw with these two Events and what happened to xrp's price I'm making a bold prediction where xrp Is going to go and you need to sell your Tokens take profit while you can but Don't listen to me let's listen to the Charts now the first thing I said of Course is the case breaking in December 2020 this is the SEC lawsuit Announcement very very scary for the Holders of xrp at the time you can see Right there very short order dropped 60% We're talking about 3 days on an average
20% draw down every single day was very Very bearish period and then we also Have the victory of xrp against the SEC And what happened there was even crazier It essentially doubled overnight that's Right a 100% pump in just 24 hours now This is where we're at right here with The recent Victory what's going to Happen folks well I found something that Nobody else is going to share with you I Know I'm the first one cuz folks I'm Just a Dean like that now I found Something really interesting with a time Frame here and if you see if you go back About 40 days and this is going to work On either direction you're going to find Something pretty interesting with xrp Now 45 days before the announcement xrp Hanging out at 25 cents but what about 40 days after the lawsuit announcement Well folks this is pretty surprising it Is literally at the same place it is at 25 cents 40 days later so 4 days before 40 days after it is like literally Nothing happened to xrp it was the exact Same price but certainly this wouldn't Happen here as well well let's go ahead And dive into the charts everybody what Happened 40 days prior to this case here And here you see 40 days before the Lawsuit xrp trading at right above 50 Cents but what about 40 Days Later well Folks it's the exact same scenario here Right above 50 so it is literally like
This did not happen whatsoever so let's Go ahead and fast forward to today folks Cuz I think this is going to be the same Situation so 40 days before we ended up Seeing this announcement xrp was just Sitting there comfortably at 47 cents You can see it right there above my head So 40 days from now is going to be the Middle of September I'm making a Prediction xrp is just going to be Hanging out in this 40 to 50 Cent range It will literally be like this Victory Did not happen but what about my xrp Price target for this cycle it's Certainly higher than 41 cents everybody This is xrp on on the weekly chart you Can see you know a little bit of a Worrisome Trend and that is lower highs Throughout the cycle now when you zoom Out on the weekly you see a little bit Of a worrying Trend and that's going to Be the cycle tops there it almost Appears that you know is xrp just doomed To Forever Trend down and to the right Here I don't think so folks I do think We're kind of coming to a make or break Point with xrp's price action right There eventually xrp is going to have to Get out of this range it's going to have To choose a direction it's either need To go up or it needs to go down Chat let us know down in the comments Where you think xrp is going to go from Here and go ahead and please give us a

See it right there right around 93 C Well folks you actually see a lot of Confluence with this level which makes a Lot of sense to me because not every Time a coin will go to a dollar for the Psychological level people will take Profits before it hits a dollar and so I Think this is just smart money taking Profits before xrp hits that Psychological level and folks I think This is going to be the next level for It to be rejected at like I said you can See it's a very very strong level in the Past it will probably continue to be a Strong level in the future but still a 93 C xrp is still pretty good everybody We're talking about a 51% pump from These levels so I'm not bearish on xrp I Just don't think it can go to $5 this Cycle $3 if everything just goes you Know absolute Bonkers bananas you know Everyone's using it for crossb payments But I think 93 cents is going to be a Pretty good level for xrp so that's my Xrp price prediction let me know what You think down below like I said and I'll see you and your xrp bags at the Top
